Hey everyone, it’s Sreecharan. I really needed to document everything that went down at ORNATE'25 before the memories start fading. It was, without a doubt, one of the most insane and unforgettable events at the RGUKT Ongole Campus.
It wasn't just a regular college fest—it was a chaotic, beautiful mix of deep-rooted culture, intense tech battles, and pure vibes with my favorite people.
Here is how it all went down.
Honestly, this fest had a bit of everything, and I somehow ended up doing a bit of everything too:
We actually built something practical, and getting that RGUKT certificate at the end felt like a huge win. The whole thing wrapped up with massive fireworks and laser shows. Absolute cinema.
You can have all the events in the world, but it’s the people that make it actually matter.
Hanging out under the tents late at night, completely exhausted but buzzing with adrenaline, with my friends and the organizing crew... those are the moments I'll remember the most. We took so many pictures, but the ones where everyone is just laughing and dressed in their absolute best are my favorites.
Fun fact: I even snagged a copy of "YOU CAN WIN" alongside my certificate from an inspiring talk that really stuck with me.
Seeing the entire campus come together like that just reminded me why I love this community so much.
ORNATE'25 was a blast, but it also lit a fire in me.
Between managing the tech events and surviving the hackathon, I definitely leveled up my skills. It gave me a taste of what it takes to handle real responsibility, and honestly, I'm kind of hooked.
And blending tradition with modern tech? That's exactly the kind of stuff I want to keep doing. Next year, who knows? Maybe we'll go even bigger, pull in some heavy-hitter sponsors, or get teams from other campuses involved.
I’m already looking forward to the next challenge. The late nights, the stress, the inside jokes—it was all worth it. This was just chapter one, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
What an absolute ride. If I could go back and do it all again, I wouldn't change a single thing.
Here's to more building, more dancing, and more unforgettable nights.
