- Founded and shipped hackx.wtf end to end — two recorded courses at launch (dsa + dev, ai/ml + dsa) on a problem-first loop: struggle, derive, then write the code.
- Built Razorpay checkout with live catalog revisions, limited launch coupons, referral credits, and email-bound lifetime entitlements after Google sign-in.
- Engineered HLS lesson playback from Cloudflare R2 with a dedicated ffmpeg transcode worker (360/720/1080), plus resume-from-last-position and gated /learn access.
- Ran the catalog on Neon Postgres — purchases, syllabus, admin video pipeline, refunds, single-session auth, and WhatsApp CTAs — without publishing the source.
